Default Any known issues for flat tire feel on 06 Accord?

Hey guys, at the end of the summer I had a weight fall off of my 06 Accord V6 6MT. I was due up for a new set of tires so just dealt with a bit of shake at certain speeds until I got new tires. Well got the tires, Dunlop Sig. Series and noticed that the car was shaking so bad in the rear it gave me headaches. Took it in to a local mechanic and he checked the balance it was balanced, but you could see the tire have a slight wobble when he had it on the machine. So I had the tire replaced, It is way better now but, I still get the flat tire feel for a little while, but after so many miles it goes away. Is there any known issues with the hub/sway bar linkage, or something else. Kinda odd to figure out since it goes away sometimes after so many miles into a trip. Thanks for any help.

I would start by checking the rim itself for runout.Tire stores used to have what was called a runout gauge that would check horizontal or longitudal runout.Unless a belt has shifted under the tread, it would be unusual for a modern tire to have much, if any, runout.

I'll have to save that to my phone so I'll be able to remember. Got hit with more snow again here in Ohio, and without a garage I haven't been able to get it jacked up to get a look at what's going on behind the tire. I did notice just from squatting down and taking a peek that both of the lower rear bushings were shot, I was surprised to see that considering the front lowers seem to always be an issue from what I've read on here. Eventually I'll be checking the sway bar linkage as well. If I don't find an explanation back there then it's off to the tire shop again and have him check for runout. Thanks for the tip.
