I had been trying to get my car to pass emissions for several months finally I replaced a cat plugs change the oil make sure radiator was full of water and still failed emissions. finally I had the sense to plug up a timing light and I also drilled out my egr ports are reports after checking the EGR solenoid and the egr valve. After I drilled out the ports I discovered my EGR ports to work completely clogged. After retest my NOx readings:

Before: @ 25 330 @15 1513
After repairs @25 38. @15 48

Timing was way off so I reset to about 17degrees.
