I have a '00 Civic coupe in silver; thinking of buying one of those cheap front bumper lips, question is, should I leave it matte, paint it matching silver, or paint it gloss black?

Thinking of buying a fog light set too, and wondering what I should do with the bezel color as well.

Thinking of something like this (not my car in pic but my car's wheels are similar and my OEM side skirt is painted silver like in the pic). I could probably paint the fog light bezel and lip silver but honestly, I'm thinking it might look a bit boring.

 

If your sideskirts are painted, the front lip will look out of place if it doesn't match.
