Hey guys, I recently purchased an incomplete 32mm 5 lug conversion for my ITR rebuild. The conversion has rear trailing arms with supposedly new oem hub/ bearing assemblies with ARP extended studs, and front knuckles with new oem bearings and ARP extended studs. I'm not convinced the rear bearings have been replaced as represented by the seller, and I'm now beginning to wonder what else might not have been disclosed. The parts were cheap as hell, and maybe I'm paranoid but I would like to confirm that all parts are what I think they are before I invest in completing the conversion. There are what appear to be part numbers stamped onto the bottom side of the rear trailing arms in white paint. While searching through oem parts catalogs I noticed that the part numbers are not the same as listed online, or even in the same format. Maybe no big deal. The arms appear to be oem from side by side and photo comparison, but I suppose anything is possible. The numbers on the parts are 990520R and 990520L. There is also what looks like a "Y" painted near the abs sensor. I have not been able to find anything online through multiple search engines referencing these numbers. I have also found pictures of the rear trailing arms off of a 2001 ITR with similar painted numbers in the same location, but the numbers themselves are different. It's difficult to read the numbers in the other pics I Found, but they are something along the lines of 81019L and 81019R, with a "P" painted near the abs sensor. Any input or knowledge would be appreciated. Maybe someone can post pics of their own rear trailing arms to compare or check to see if the same numbers appear? Trying to confirm that these are indeed rear trailing arms/ spindles from a type R, and which year/ model the parts are from if possible.
