I have a set of used progress CS-II coilovers that came off of my integra. They were on the car for approximately a year and a half, not sure the mileage. Spring rates are 450fr/350r. Adjustment collars move freely and original spanner wrenches are included to adjust coilovers. Rides smooth, not blown or leaking.

The forks are not included.

Major improvement, i had 350/250 but it wasn't stiff enough for me. 350/250 is good for daily driver, and not too low of a height.
