Default temperature sensor broke off in block

so the temp gauge on the cluster is indicating that the car is over heating when its not so i picked up a new temperature sensor.*when i went to take it off the threads i guess were stuck and it broke off flush with the block. i picked up a set of tap and die but there is just no room for leverage to get in there. anyone have any ideas on how i could get it out with ought taking the radiator hoses and air filter off?

Ive learned...its best to just bite the bullet and move the interference, which gives you room to work, than trying to work around the stuff. Not a big deal to unhook that stuff...and put it back. Get a set of ezouts. Soak in penetrant oil, and give it a while to work. Drill a nice straight hole, its really soft metal. Then use the ezout...to work the broken sensor out.
