Bought this car and it had the rims on it. Does anybody know what they are?Only markings i saw were the jwl and via which is just for goverment regulations

not necessarily rotas. is there a date stamp inside the hub area? in the webbing, it usually has size, date code, and offset. if it's in the late 90s early 00s before Rota came on the scene, they could be ADR Spyder. I had some back in 2000, they looked just like the circuit 8, but predated them by several years. here is a google image of an ADR Spyder for reference:
