Default OBD port not getting any power?

So I recently tried to get my yearly emissions test done here in arizona. I was shocked to find out that I failed the test, reason being is that my obd port wasn't getting any power to it

has anyone had this problem before? I haven't seen it happen before and doing a search didn't yield anything (or I suck at searching for things)

I have a 2007 S2000 too if that matters at all

It's fused power to pin 16.
Check your fuses.

That's the diagram to the OBDII port. Not sure why you're not getting power though.

Fuse No. 46 (15A) in the main under-hood fuse/relay box provides power/voltage through a Wht/Grn wire to the Data Link Connector/OBD port.

Fuse No. 46 also provides power to ECM, Ignition coil relay, PGM-FI main relay 1, and PGM-FI main relay 2. If that fuse was blown, you would have other issues; so, it may not be blown if you don't have other issues. But, check it anyways.

You can test with a voltmeter whether that OBD port's terminal no. 16 Wht/Grn wire has battery power, it should be hot at all times. Fuse No. 46 does provide power to the various components; but, there are separate Wht/Grn wires that split off at a 16P Lt Blu connector under the right side of dash.
