Default 2007 1.8 starter

I have a Civic with 55,00 miles and a very slow cranking starter when it's cold out. The alternator and battery are both fine. I thought it might be voltage drop due to bad cable or connection but I found that it's almost impossible to access. After looking at some forums it seems that these cars seem to go through starters. If anyone has any experience with this I'd appreciate any info you can share. Thanks

Battery is probably not as healthy as it used to be, or it's just really cold.

I bet it starts up just fine when it's up to temp or when it's warm out?
