Icon2 F23 Tranny to an H22 Swap

Hi i currently have an F23 Manual Tranny just sitting around. It came out of a 1998 Honda accord and i have been wondering... Where i live there are a couple of Preludes (99-2001) with grenaded automatic trannys just sitting around for relatively cheap. Would it be possible to swap the F23 5spd tranny into the Prelude with the H22. Also what parts do i need and what exactly do i do plus what is the overall difficulty? I have been doing simple repairs to my own car for quite a while so im pretty open to a moderately challenging project.

It will bolt up exactly the same way an H22 Trans would.

It has longer gears though. Not optimum for the power delivery of the H22. Good for gas mileage though.

So I would essentially just swap out the trans as if I was replacing it with the same one?
So I don't have to do anything else right ?
