My car feels very weak under 3k to 4k rpm it hesitates to accelarate i replaced the spark plugs that made no diffrence i did have an idle issue but i fixed that by jd welding the iacv hole also when i turn the headlights on the idle drops really low the clutch is good so its not that the engine was swappped but i dont know what dizzy is on the engine thanks

 

Check engine light on?

 

Could also be you Alternator that manages your power!
Also check to see if your alternator belt is to tight or to loose.
