Top 3 under ~$600, listed from most expensive, to least expensive. In general, each vendor below offers a single system capable of tuning for B/D/H/F. K or S2000 F-series are different systems, and Hondata would be the only one in my listing to support those two.

Hondata - $
Neptune - $
Crome - $ or free

With tuning friend's cars in mind, pay attention to licensing. However, Crome is free, and with it, you can tune as many cars as you like. For free, it's main disadvantage is datalogging. But there are ways, if you are willing to make it work (Lots of people have).

Someone just posted this in other thread... would help you:

Rock on, rock on. Yup, Hondas are popular. Cheap. Efficient. Fun.

You're way late to the party, so there's lots of leftovers to be had. And the good news is, the band is still playing, and innovations continue.

What systems have you used in the past exactly? If you have used EFILive, HPTuners, TunerCats, etc, then any of the afore mentioned platforms will be a BREEZE. The Honda ECU based interfaces are extremely simple compared to other EMS out there. There is a down and dirty discussion about the main three Honda ECU based EMS out there... take a look:

You will find plenty of negatives on CROME if you search. The largest being no support and how John Cui messes with people making versions expire. Unless you ABSOLUTELY can't afford to pay money for a system and already have everything needed for CROME you are much, MucH, MUCH better off going HONDATA or NepTune.

NepTune is much more cost effective, just as capable, and WAY more supported and updated than HONDATA. With that being said I have HONDATA S300 V3 units... I almost never open my CROME Dealer anymore since most people want a more current system these days.
