Hello on my 2007 Accord EXL- my remote key FOBs will not unlock car at all.
Last two days I needed a tow truck to come and break in to my car.
They used a bar through the drivers door pushing down on the "door unlock" button. This unlocked all doors except Drivers door which would not open-- even when I pulled up on the pop up lock button it would not budge.
Once inside I started it up, I followed instructions found on this site elsewhere about re-orienting the FOB to the car (ignition on and off several times while pushing the Fob button etc) and all seemed to work fine. Next day SAME issue. Locked out. Battery in car and FOB is fine. This problem may be aggravated by cold weather and frozen windows as we are in 10-20 degree fahrenheit stretch of weather.
Drove it to the dealership today after tow truck driver got me in again- doors would not stay unlocked while driving (popped back to "locked" automatically while driving). At dealership (20 minute drive)- all started working again- may have thawed out/heated up???

 

So if you put the key into the door lock - what happens?

 

Thanks for asking the follow-up question- when I put the key into the lock nothing happened, door would not unlock. Took it to the dealership, and the symptoms will not return. Based on what I described we decided to have them replace the drivers door actuator. Will pick it up tomorrow. Hopefully that will take care of it.
