My check engine light will start flashing after driving about a mile, with loss of power, feels like its missing gears so I got all but one spark plug replaced, a friend was worried that one may break it was so tight or stuck, seemed to drive alot better for probably that 1st mile then the flashing light again w/power loss. I love my honda any sugestions are greatly appreciated?
O, and where is the powertrain control module, EGR, could this b some or the problem? Single mother w/one vehicle, have to drive!

 

What codes are you getting? Most parts stores will check them for free if you don't have a scan tool. Without codes all you can do is guess. You could also go buy a repair manual for 20-30 bucks depending on which one you go with.

 

And know that a flashing CEL is the worst - damage is being done.
