Icon2 Bumper work and questions

Alrighty. I pretty much had my Del Sol handed to me for free. I'm done fixing everything to make it reliable and have started building a new motor for it. One thing im confused about is the body and how to go about repairing it. I've been reading up on it and i'm confused.
1.)On the holes on the fender I just put spot putty in and around the holes then sand until smooth, right?

2.) On the rear, the crack is pretty big and separated. Is that fixable or does it need to be replaced? I feel i could try and salvage it with some sort of filler.

Like i said I read up on it a lot and i think i confused my self.
And if there is info i've missed please direct me to it.

The way the bumper is peeling and the big crack, it's going to be more cost effective to just replace it,will save you lots of time by replacing

Hey, like pancho said your gonna have to reace the back bumper, it don't look healthy. But with the outher stuff spot puddy should work, and on all bondo or resins there is instructions as well as a equipment list. Look like u have a lot of work to do. Good luck sir!!!
