i found my car this morning with the door open. it looks like his been trying to remove the autolock. how/what should i check in my engine to make sure they didnt do anything.

 

Ummm... Try looking at it. Try starting it.

If it looks like something is missing, or if it doesn't start, chances are good that something is gone.

well is somebody after you?? i would check my gas tank to see if anything was put into it, then i would pop my hood and make sure that everything was in tact like the firing order ect ect. if everthing looks ok then start it and make sure that it works ok.
