Hi so I have some questions about my headlights. So first of all when I turn On my parking lights only my driver side head light turn parking light lights up and when I turn On my High Beams its the same thing. Does anyone recognize this issue? Only one light works in A setting but both work when I have my low Beams On?

 

your headlights are not suppose to turn on when your in the parking mode . only the turn signal lights will be on. Sounds like a grounding issue to me .

 

No im sorry for the miscommunication, I drive a manual, when I say parking lights I mean the first setting of lights. There's the turn signal (parking lights), low Beams and when you flick the controller toward you it'll turn On the high Beams. So the turn signal position and the high Beams only one light works. But when I use the turn signals both lights work. Ill post pictures later today... Sound familiar?

 

Sounds like you need to replace the bulb. These bulbs are dual filament so the flashing part could work but the running light could be burnt out. Replace the bulb.
