I'm looking to purchase a pair of 17in 5x114.3 Volk CE28N (tires are not needed). The specs must be one of the width below and fall within the offset ranges of each width.

17X7 +40 to +30
17X7.5 +44 to +32
17X8 +48 to +33
17X8.5 +48 to +40

I am also willing to purchase a complete set. If I do, I would prefer a square set (narrower the better), but I would consider a staggered set if all the rims fell within the specs above.

Lastly, I'm not looking to break the bank here, so the cheaper the better. I don't want new or super minty wheels (unless they are cheap as hell), since I will be refinishing them anyways. I'm willing to accept wheels with curve marks, bends (case depended), but no wheels with cracks.
