Default Best ECU's to tune?

My car is a 99 SI, and i plan to get some skunk2 stage-I's pretty soon, and would like a higher rev limit.

I understand that i basically need an OBD-I ECU, and the OBD I ---> II harness, but what is what in the world of ECU's? I see P-78, 72, never really paid attention, and i can't remember the websites I used to have that broke it all down for me, which ones would work best, etc.......thanks.....(BTW, i plan to chip this with a hondata)

for a B16A a P30, P61 or P28 as well as P08/P91 all can work very well

P30/P61 both have knock sensor boards which can be beneficial to some, USDM p30 and p61 use a PA sensor to measure athmospheric pressure and adjust mixture accordingly while the JDM ecus do not. also JDM ecus other then P30 can be runned with single wire 02 (it all depends on a program)
