b16a1 and emissions

i hear some of yall passed smog with this engine but have mild mods. if i were to get the jr supercharger or turbo kit do u think i will pass emissions?

so what can i do to it. i live in nj. they dont pop the hood. they are also not as strict as ca

also do high compression heads mess wit emissions

If you can get the engine to pass smog without bolt-ons, the JRSC will not affect its ability to pass smog. The supercharger is doing nothing unless the engine is under boost.
