Default 98 honda civic need help

So I have a 98 civic coupe dx model

New parts I have installed within the last week

Distributor
spark plugs & wires
battery
checked all fuses and main relay
checked Ecu
and crankshaft position sensor

now what had happened was is my car overheated on the highway and it completely died on the off ramp now my battery was very bad to the point where I had to jump my car from another battery when my car died completely on the off ramp of the highway it was smoking out of the engine I had it towed to a tow place and tried to start it up it started up but it was running very rough and shaking the whole front of the car that's when I found out the crankshaft position sensor was bad I took the car to my house and changed all the parts that I have listed out there the head gasket and timing belt and water pump were done a month and a half ago and the reason my car overheated was because my water pump was leaking

now my car cranks over and does not start I have spark and I have fuel I don't know what is wrong and I need help

Read the rules sticky. Your thread title needs help.

Also...I'm not reading that awful mess. Some punctuation, even if incorrect is better than none.

Also line spacing like my post is very helpful.

Please try again

I edited your thread title.

Check the mechanical timing. If fine, then compression test the cylinders.

Also verify that the spark plug wires are installed in the correct firing order on the distributor cap.

Any CEL codes?

This sounds to me like timing as Ron suggested or mechanical damage.

You need to check the timing as suggested

Is spark bright white at all 4 plugs? If so, recheck the the mechanical timing and compression test the cylinders.

As said before.
