1995 Honda Civic DX Sedan

Condition:
No Spark
No Fuel

Power is getting to the distributor. From there, it gets to the coil spring that contacts the distributor cap.
No spark through the wires
Exchanged cap and rotor from a car that is running.
No spark

No fuel pressure.
Replaced Main Relay although I knew the older one was good. (returned it though)
No power to the fuel pump from the relay.

I'd like the wiring wiring diagram so that I could see which circuit close the circuit for the fuel pump power circuit.

 

This...... sounds like a bad ground wire to me.

Start by checking whether fuse 24 or 31 is blown.
