2006 Civic Si Coupe brake light and horn issue
Hello, I joined this forum due to some recent electrical problems with my 2006 Civic Si.
Like the title says, the brake lights, the horn, and the Set/Cancel button on my steering wheel have all quit on me recently.
Like most anyone would do, I turned to the Fuse box for some answers. I see fuse #12 controls the Stop lights and the horn, so I checked the fuse with a multimeter, and it is fine. I replaced it anyway and still nothing.
Next, I checked the wires running to my brake switch (white wire) for voltage, and there was no problem there. I then replaced the brake switch, and still nothing.
I have read somewhere that a bad horn will do this, and to replace it would fix these problems.
Is there anyway to check if my horn is bad?
Also, does anyone else have any suggestions?
Thanks.
