Bad ground?
I don't even know where to start with this. I've got a 94' civic that I just swapped an S2000 cluster in using the wireworx/K-tuned harness, and installed a rywire mil-spec engine harness, that's all I've done as far as wiring. NOW, whenever I shut the car off the sunroof motor runs constantly until I cycle the key a few times then it'll quit, but it still kills my battery and I have not a clue where to start digging, I'm thinking bad ground somewhere but where? Thanks guys
If there was a problem with a ground then current would not flow. How did you figure a bad ground?
Parasitic draw. Google how to perform the tests for it.

I forgot the question mark after my post title. Parasitic draw-check! I'll look it up. And yeah I'll try messin with testing the ignition too. Thinkin maybe it's still drawing power even though the key is in the off position?
It could be ignition switch related if all the leads don't go cold when its in the off position. But the sunroof specifically is weird. Is the sunroof aftermarket? its possible the power is drawn from somewhere else (although this wouldn't really explain why it would start running when you turned the car off). Does it also run when the car is on and maybe you just cannot hear it?
See and I tried listening for it when the cars running and I've got nothing. The sunroof switch on the dash is even completely disconnected so how can I complete a circuit? It's like there's another power source headed through a relay and or somehow running backwards through a ground being there's a constant power when the car is in the "off" position. I'm gonna try n find the parasitic draw (in which I googled last night, thanks for that) then I'll try n plug my old cluster in and see if that changes anything.
