Obd2b dizzy on an obd2a? Internal swap?

Obd2b dizzy on an obd2a? Internal swap?
Hi, I wondering if I could swap out my obd2a dizzy Internals for obd2b internals do example the coil and btw my car is a 98 civic dx with a stock d series

The coil and igniter are the same Assuming it's a D or B-series distributor (OBD1 is too for that matter) The sensors are too actually. Literally the only thing different is the grey plug that connectors to the engine harness. ('96 - '00 HX is different though, they're an oddball Hitachi unit)
