How do i adjust my Hydro clutch??
I have ACT clutch installed few months ago.. i remember that right before it break in.. the clutch engage point was too low, so the shop had to adjust the interlock switch to make it sits higher... but then after the clutch break-in it sits higher and higher.. now it's like way too high compare to stock one's... so what should i do? Since then(break-in), my clutch won't fully engage, i will have weird noise when i shift 1st. to 2nd and to 3rd sometimes..
if there a way, that i can just check it up myself?
Any thoughts, fellows?
1. How do i loosen the Locknut C, which way do i turn? say facing up your head is against the firewall..?
2. how do i bleed the clutch?
I have also attach helm's, link is under

to bleed the clutch, you'll have to loosen and tighten the nut on the slave cylinder while having somebody else compress and depress the clutch respectively. It's just like bleeding the brakes. HTH

So, just get a friend to help and have him/her press the clutch while you work the slave cylinder. To do this, find the slave cylinder. It's locate near the front of the engine, in front of the radiator fan, down from the distributor. There's a little rubber cover that's over a nipple. So, once you find that, there is a nut behind it. I believe it's a 10 mm. Now, you'll need a tube and a bucket. Take the cover off of the clutch master cylinder. It's the smaller of the two near the firewall on the driver side of the car. Attach the tube to the nipple and have it run to the bucket.
Now, loosen the bolt and have your friend press the clutch. When the clutch is fully depressed, tighten the bolt and have your friend let the clutch out. If you don't tighten the bolt fully, air will be let into the system and you'll have to bleed the system some more. Continue the process of loosening the bolt and pressing the clutch in, tighten the bolt and let the clutch out. Just remember to keep an eye on the master cylinder and don't let it get empty. Hope that helps, and good luck ^_^

I don't know how to adjust the pedal, sorry
As for the fluid, I used dot 4 brake fluid. I got it from pep boys, or was it autozone... I don't remember.

To adjust clutch pedal freeplay, loosen the 12mm lock nut and turn the shaft. Use a 12mm open end wrench and turn the nut counterclockwise as viewed with your head on the floor looking up . If you have the wrench on the nut and you are looking forward towards the firewall, then you want to turn it clockwise. It's tough to describe direction because it depends on how you are looking at it. Another note: if the clutch pedal is high, the clutch probably does not need to be bled. If the clutch master or slave is leaking and the hydraulic pressure is low, the pedal will be low. If the clutch hydraulic system loses all of it's fluid, the pedal will go all the way to the floor and stay there.
Thanks for all the inputs guys..
yeah so i played around with my clutch interlock switch and found out by adjusting that.. car runs better like new~ no more weird sounds..
so guess, i don't need to bleed or adjust the push rod thing that locknut C anymore..

I have an ACT clutch and it engages right before the pedal freeplay...This ok? I checked all the measurements, and they seem fine. I change the Clutch fluid and bled it as well..
just got my ACT HD00 clutch kit installed, and its the same.... fully engages close to the top of pedal return.
Works fine for me, so I'm not going to mess with it.....
I love the ACT kit, it made a big difference over my stocker.
