Default 200whp 2000 Honda civic coupe with A/C

I believe the time has come to sell my daily/street car. I'm being completely honest when I say I believe its time to move on in my life. Although I still have a passion for cars and the honda scene but I'm not in a position to enjoy the car as it should be as I only drive the car to work and back home. The purpose of this car was to do that but also enjoy some test n tune track days and attend the occasional meet but in the year its been on the road I have maybe attended 2-3 local meets and hasn't see the race track except for the parking lot. The build was going to be continued by putting together a nice turbo kit which was the reason for the mild compression, goal was 500-600 whp as is but with some high compression pistons n/a the car should make 225+ conservatively. The exterior of the car is completely unmolested and is a blank canvas for the buyer to make the car their own as is the interior besides the quick release/shifter/cluster with no pieces missing and everything working as it should and yes the car has A/C no ps though. ALL parts were purchased new and have receipts for pretty much everything. Motor and parts have around 10k, body has 200k.

The bad driver side rear quarter panel has a dent from a hit and run, parked it and woke up with a nice surprise, nothing major at all but just putting everything out there.
Car was tuned by chris at Xenocron and put down 203whp and 135tq conservatively with a hondata s300 ecu on pump gas.
I'm sure i'm forgetting a couple of things so just lmk what questions you have and please read everything before you ask something that is already posted and keep neg comments to yourself.
Car is located in NJ, PM me with any questions.
