Default 91 Honda accord

Hey I'm new to this site but I have a 91 Honda accord ex coupe and I was driving it recently and the rpm went all the way up but car wouldn't shift and then I turned it off and tryed to start it back but it just will click everytime I turn over the key can you please help me I need my baby back on the road!!!

Currently the starter only clicks and does not spin the engine?

Yes mike I think it's from the starter it's just a real loud clicking noise and the engine don't try to crank over over nothing just the clicking sound?? So I'm lost

I'm always "lost"

Do you have a volt meter? What voltage are you getting on the small wire (BLK/WHT) to the solenoid when trying to "start" the car.
