Default My friend's new (to him) Ferrari F430

My friend just picked up this F430 a couple months ago. Winter in the Mid-Atlantic...perfect time to get an exotic car, right? Factory options include gated 6-speed manual, carbon fiber seats, and Challenge wheels. He add a Nouvalari exhaust, spacers, and lowered it just a hair.

Not a bad choice for a Ferrari, if you ask me. May I ask what he paid for such an extravagant machine?

More than you can afford, pal.

Just kidding I am not sure, I'll ask. I do know that once Ferraris hit the 8-10 year old mark, they really start to depreciate quickly. Although since his has some pretty rare options, mainly the gated shifter, it has held its value more than the more "common" F430s. I think he paid somewhere around $150k.

Of course, keeping in mind that everything is relative...so when I say it's depreciating quickly, it's still significantly out of reach for the average Joe lol

Yeah, I knew it was going to be out of my price range for a car, even though I did just drop 250k on a house. A car can't really outweigh a roof over my head... well, at least not a Ferrari.

An F650 Expedition vehicle on the other hand...

Hey Matt, sick truck

Ferrari + rare options? Perfect. I really like that tach too.

This is my first thread viewed in the cosmetic forums and I already like what it has to offer.

New Advan F7 wheels. I'm not crazy about them but he likes them and that's all that matters.

I kinda like them because they're japanese and different from all the HRE/iForged/Adv.1s.

The Challenge Stradale wheels looked fantastic though.

He should have mounted the wheels to where the yellow trim on the spoke point the same way.

My only question is, what's he getting at John Deere that he can take home in the Ferrari

Yeah the challenge wheels look great but they're too soft for crappy Maryland roads.

The "yellow trim" is just a sticker that says some sort of warning in Japanese. Those will come off eventually.

And John Deere is right next to the shop where he got the wheels and tires mounted haha.

Beautiful car. Nice to know you can get such a nice conditioned Ferrari for $150k. Not that I'll ever be able to afford that much for a car lol but for any junior ballers that's definitely reachable.
