Considering buying this R and wanted more sets of eyes to see if anything look out of place.

So far:

Different header
Alarm
B18C Block
Valve cover grounding
Intake arm looks wrong- not sure why it has 2 bends in it?
Wiring for amp
Not sure what the white plug is between the coolant reservoir and rad hose?

 

Could be a gsr/ls intake. Usually their the ones that have the double bend

Looks like the windsheild washers are not hooked up. The Hose doesn't run up to the hood.

The white plug might be a block heater (just a guess).

To me it looks like it was slapped back to stock-ish to sell. Probably had an intake, carbon hood, and who knows what else. It's safe to say it previous owners roasted at least one engine in it.

 

White plug is just a cover. That plug is for the A/C wiring harness.
