its very cold and now my 96 civic wont start

Default its very cold and now my 96 civic wont start

ok so im in chicago and the temperature dropped over night to -3 and when i got to warm up my car i get just crank crank and nothing . i give it a jump nothing still just keeps cranking . i have no cell lights no either. i am lost as where to look at i have a full tank of gas and prior to this weather the car started right up and drove fine .

Check whether the fuel pump primes and for bright white spark at the plugs.

ok so i go to replaced the battery with a honda battery and just for kicks i got to see if the car turns on and it did like nothing it just started . so im baffled on this problem what could it had been

Also I'd check to see if your ecu has any condensation around it.
