Default 2014 CR-V steering wheel clicking

I've had my CR-V for 8 months now and it just turned over 6,000 miles. It has developed a click in the steering wheel when I turn the wheel at all speeds. There is the same sound that comes from the same general location when I drive over any non smooth surface. I've seen similar problems from the older crv's and people claiming that after attempts to fix the problem, Honda is claiming there's nothing else they can do when the problem still exists. I hope I'm not on the verge of war with my dealership.

This is a video of my crv. Some people are suspecting the cold of being the cause but I live on Oahu so that's definitely not the case.

Sounds like there is something going on inside the steering column. It says in the book to replace a column as an assembly if there is any bearing noise. It can also be a number of other things like the steering lock, horn cam or the turn signal switch.
