Default 2004 accord heat problems

Ok, just bought the mrs. a 2004 honda accord a week ago. Today for some reason heat does not come out the drivers side vents, only the passengers side. I ran the diagnostic but got nothing. Car heats up to normal temp as usual. Im guessing a blend door issue? I apologize if this has been covered. I tried searching with my phone but all I can find is the common resistor problem (fan functions properly) or ac refrigerant problems (I want heat, not cold)

Thanks in advance.

Does this happen in all temp/heat settings or only on "full heat".

It does sound like something with the drivers mix motor, you can test it for movement....strange that nothing came back when you ran the HVAC codes

Doesn't seem to matter what the temp is, the drivers vents are cool. I'm guessing that I get to tear the dash apart?

The drivers air mix motor isn't that hard to get to.....yea your head is down by the pedals but not as bad as some of the other things

Is the AC off? I know sometimes the HVAC unit will kick on the AC to help control the temp, even when set to heat.

Ac is off, but even if it was on all it does is dry the air not cool it.

With the ac on, the mix motor and sensors are trying to get the "temp" where you set it.....think about it, cooling the air to get the "water out of the air", means you need more heat to keep the temp where you want it. If the ac system is low on refrig, you get uneven cooling from the system, I know that is/was a reach on the "heat" issue but I have to check off all ideas.

Ended up being a bad heater valve, now onto the ac clutch not engaging!
