Group Buy: AN-R N/A header!
I am not an AN-R.com rep, but a lot of interest has been shown in this header and I would like to get the header out there for a good price. It is a new design that has been questioned, but great gains have been shown. I will let the pics speak for themselves.
2" primaries, 2.5" 4-1 collector.
Requires removal of AC and must use civic size radiator. Price is $430 shipped!
Installed pic in a EH2.
This one is for B-series engines in an EF. Will clear PS pump and AC bracket. Price is $480 shipped!
The EF style header may be used in a civic so that you can use the AC bracket or a full lenght radiator.
Ceramic coating can be applied at the flat rate of $150 per header!
Both designs are available for B series engines ONLY.
Race versions that have a side exit exhaust option at no charge and a megaphone muffler are available for $630shipped for Standard and EF style!
Headers are made as payment is received. Once I receive the money, the header will begin assembly. Wait is about 2 weeks right now for assembly.

Let me know if you have any questions.

any dyno plots showing how much it gained over stock?
Top line is AN-R header, bottom is JDM 4-1. Notice that the AN-R header doesnt have that dip. AN-R ended up about 5-6 whp over JDM 4-1. the JDM header was ported and runs were on a stock B16. If you will be using this header on a even mildy built engine, the gains will be far more noticeable.

Saw this header in person looks real good and from the feel of riding in it, it does do some good power

228 (as shown in the graph) at the wheels before final adjustments. End result was 238 at the wheels. Damn impressive for all motor in my opinion.

that dyno graph abouve, which header is that?? It looks and sounds like it can make power, not doubting that, just wondering if it is worth selling my current one for this one.
Ive had a few, most recent was a JDM 4-1 which i sold in favor of the IB modded JG header. the JG header has much much more low-mid range then the jdm one did, and has the same amount of top end power. Ive used many different header applications on both my R and my old car, currently i can say the JG is byfar the best one.
edit : my wallet does not allow me to use any big brand JDM headers like the mugen, did have a JUN one though

i currently dont have AC so it does not matter, and I can always benefit from a Fluidyne (sp) rad. Im thinking about getting the header thats "all twisted up" make the engine bay more "interesting" per say

In terms of power which of the 2 are better. The 2nd header looks good but for some reason it looks like it could be restrictive.
Can the 2nd header be used in other cars with B series engines?

The exhuast in the pic looks race only...are you selling them with flanges that hook up to a cat?

The pictured exhausts are the street version. Unfortunantly, it does NOT come with flanges for the cat. You will have to get one welded on by a local muffler shop.

-Both produce equal power according to AN-R. They both utilize equal length piping and 2" primaries.
-If you use the EF version in a non-EF vehicle, it allows you to use a full sized radiator, rather than the stock civic sized one.
-My header fits perfectly up near the oilpan. My Z10 radiaus bar brace hits the ground long before the header does.
