My brother in laws car wont start it has a 94 ls engine in it problems began wen he started the vehicleit ran for about a minute then it just shut down now the engine cranks once then no crank at all I took my volt meter to the battery it showed 11.5 V we pulled the starter had it tested at a auto parts store and it passed now im wondering if my next move should b test the main relay help plz

 

The battery is dead. Fix that, and test the alternator and for a parasitic drain.
