My little fifth gen got t-boned just as I was starting to put pieces into her Some are telling me it's an "easy fix" but no one seems to want to buy it so what gives??
I'm not body expert by any stretch, but that looks pretty bad. The problem is that the panel is not just bolt-on/bolt-off, that panel (quarter panel) is part of the unibody and will need to be cut out and re-welded. If you really love your car, have it fixed and have the whole car painted. It's going to be expensive though. Sorry.
That is by no means and easy fix. B pillar is pushed in a bit. It will come down to money more so I guess. order in a new quarter panel and weld that in. I guess its "easier" than trying to repair it. Nice to see you browsing through again Agtronic. Hope all is well with you
Thanks for the responses, I had a few people almost buy it from me but then back out for one reason or another (like the battery not holding a charge after sitting for 2 years are you kidding me??). but anyways, I stripped it and sent the body to scrap metal - broke my heart.

Wow can't believe you scrapped that car... It was actually not as horrid as others said. Yes you needed a quarter panel but this could had been a really good learning project.
****, I wish i had seen this thread before, I would had given you a few hundred for the hatch.
