Default B18c + BC stage 3 cams

Hi,guys. My first intention was to build a b16 street car and was aiming towards 150-60 whp,but thanks to you and mainly @2LEM1 ,I decided that that's not gonna be the best option.I reached a little deeper into my pockets and got myself a b18c JDM type R bottom end.I'm close to finishing my build, but I'm having a second look at my cams. Here is my setup.
B18c bottom end-stock freshly rebuild
Ported b16 head with rocket motorsports springs
b18c valves
supertech valve seals and keepers
adjustable cam pulleys
and some other small goodies
portmatched ITR intake mani with a 68mm OMNI TB
2.5 4-1 exmaust mani with a custom 2.5 exhaust
This is what I got so far,a mild setup at best.
Also a while ago I bought some edelbrock 4730 cams.A not so agressive street cam.I'm shooting for the magical 200whp barrier, but I don't think I'll quite get there with those cams.
Should I upgrade to the BC stage 3 cams? Is my setup good enough to get the max out of these stage 3's ?
With the edelbrock cams I was planning on running 11.5-11.8,but with the BC,I'll have to go above 12:1 for sure.
Any imput will be greatly appreciated.
Also if you have any thoughts on the other motor specs, please share.I want to do this build right.

200whp can be fine in Edlebrock 4730s no problem, with the supplemental equipment you're using. There is no need to go to that Brian Crower madness. That's almost going backwards IMHO.

At first I didn't want to go mental with my cams, but since my car won't be a daily anymore,I don't see why not. :D The reason why I'm asking about the BC stage 3 is that I can get them locally, pretty cheap.I did think that they will be a little biger for what I'm gonna be using them,though...Sooo,final call- BC stage 3's on a setup like mine is a no-go ? If I want to squeeze out some extra power, what's the best way to go ? BC stage 2 cams,or leave the edelbrock's and change something else in the setup ?
Thanks guys

:D I live half way across the globe,I doubt you'll want to pay the shipping :D
I guess the bc 3's will be too much, but will they out perform the 4730 ? Or the best bet is the BC stage 2's ? Or maybe something else ?
