Default EF b16 idle issue

Have a b16a obdo with a pr3 ecu. I've replaced the tb with a new one and bypassed the fast idle. I have huge issues with the start up. Once I start it up I have loop idle and even dies out then I have to hold the gas till it can hold its self. Cleaned the ivac and still have issues...any ideas?

Did you check the FITV (fast idle thermo valve) or are you calling that the "fast idle" ??? If so, how did you "bypass" it ??? Also, make sure that the T/B gasket fits your throttle body... if it is too long and hangs off the bottom, you will have a leak that creates the "hunting" idle that you describe. Also, verify that the TPS voltage is set properly.

The throttle body I bought for my car does not have it, simply just goes right on threw to the other hose, and i will take a look at my throttle body to see if thats the issue becuase i do know it wasnt the correct gasket for it. i honestly wish I was the original person who did the swap tons of issues with this sucker...
