My daughter picked up a 2015 Accord Sport. After 700 miles, instrument caution lights started to come on at random. First 5, then 3 then 4 ect., etc. each time she drove it. She took it in and they cleared the lights and said they did not know why they came on and should not happen again. This was yesterday. She hopped in the car today and sure enough they all came back on. Any ideas?

I'm guessing by instrument caution lights you mean check engine, abs, battery, brakes, etc. But it would help to know which specific lights you are seeing. Easier to look for a common denominator.

but shooting blind I would guess battery voltage or alternator causing multiple systems to indicate failure.

This is a 2015? Take a picture of the lights or a video if possible. This is a warranty issue and definitely will fall under lemon law if they can't fix it. So start documenting now.

Personally, I would take it back ask for a loaner vehicle (actually demand) and not accept it back until they duplicate the problem and fix it.
