Default Obd2a jdm d15b motor in an obd2b civic hb

Hey guys I need some guidance I got a lot of bad fix it advice...
I own a 2000 civic cx hatch I bought a 3 stage d15b
The car is obd2b
The engine is obd2a
The ecu I got with the motor was a p2j
My first issues were
no fuel pump on start up
No rad fan after warming up
No speedo
So I ran a separate power to the fan and pump... Runs fine sorta
It became obvious I need to sort out the harness I have bought an obd2b>obd2a conv jumper I was told I could swap the harness for a 99si harness.... Bull****
So now I'm looking for the appropriate fix obd2a eng
Obd2b vehicle??? Any help is appreciated other than telling me I should have swapped a b16b which I'm regretting right now
I have been reading for months and can't find anything related obd2a-obd2b jumper harness ?
Does it convert the 3plug harness to two plug so I can use my dash wiring plug or is it purely to change what ecu you can run

You need that OBD2b-a ECU adapter for that ECU to work in your car that's why your fuel pump and possibly your fan isn't working so you need to wire that all back to stock. That also may be why your speedo is dead. Use the harness adapter with your stock harness, wire in both VTEC solenoids.

The original harness was damaged or do you mean the original harness from the d15b

Find a 99-00 D16Y7 harness and most of it should plug and play. You can't use a 96-98 engine harness.

Thanks will I have to wire up the vtec solenoids with that harness or will it have the plug and do you think the Frankenstein splicing of jumper harnesses would work?

You'll have to wire up the solenoids to the ecu

You're gonna have to hook up a few more items as well, EGR and 3-2 wire IACV
