The D4 light on my dash doesn't come on. I've had the dash out and while some of the indicator lights can be replaced, the transmission lights are very small and look like they are part of the circuit board. Is there a way to change the bulb, test the bulb, or determine if the problem is somewhere else?

 

I have the same issue in my 94 accord. All the other gear lights come on except the D4.

 

Lamps are replaceable, if you need the D4 light for diagnostics you can swap it out with any of the other gear indicator lamps.

 

In the next few days I should be able to take out the circuit board to confirm the lamp style and take/upload pics. Thanks.

 

If theyre like mine, they just pull right off of the circuit board. I replaced the D4 with the "1" gear light.

 

After removing the cluster to take pics I found that pics had already been taken. Moving pics no less.


I haven't replaced the D4 light yet, but I should be able to take it from here.
