Default What to clean header with? (Pre-Install)

I'm installing my Type-One header tomorrow, what should i clean it with before the install to remove all the grease and oils from our hands so when the color turns, it turns evenly?

isopropyl alcohol and you should use gloves when installing it to reduce the amount of oils that get on it from your hands, etc

or just soap and water, that will do the job too. make sure either way to wear gloves, if you dont want your fingerprints burned into the header.
