Hello i am doing 3 piece front for my del sol,

first doing the fender whider with polyarthine foam shaping it then do the mold with fiberglass.

this is where i need your help how to fill the holes in the foam and to make the foam ends straight before i am starting to fiberglass it.

i dont want to add body filler i want to remove the foam and keep my oem fender too

any suggestion?

I have a thread using foam. Check it out in the fabrication side. I'm building carbon flares.
