93 Accord is getting fuel has no spark
I have a 1993 Honda Accord LX with a F22A1 motor 5 speed manual. Here's what happened, about 3 or 4 weeks ago started the car before I went to work (i warmed it up for about ten minutes before leaving) went and picked up a co worker.. started to head down the road, got a few miles down the road and the car started to feel like it was misfiring. Just flat out didn't run like it should have. Pulled over checked out the fuel filter (which was recently replaced). Was real hesitant to get going, but once it got going it was okay still felt like it was misfiring. Prior to all this about three months ago I did the timing and water pump, replaced the oil pan, and front main seal because of some real bad oil leaks. I don't think that the timing, water pump and front main seal has anything to do with the issue I'm having now. Just thought I would throw these things into the mix. Back to the issue.. sorry got side tracked for a second.. as for the misfire, what I did was replace the igniter, that didn't really do anything, still ran rough and still had hesitation when on the move. After about two weeks of running it like this ( lack of money to actually fix the problem) I ended up replacing the whole distributor. It ran beautifully no misfire no hesitation no nothing. Drove for about a week, parked it last Friday after getting home from work.. got up the next morning to start the car. The cars starts runs for about a minute and a kinda hesitates the rpms go crazy jumping up and down I can also hear what seems like a grinding sound comming from the driver side.. then shuts off.. (and the grinding sound by the way has been going on for about a week prior to all this happening, tried to find out what it is that's making that sound but no luck) replaced spark plugs and the ignition coil, now with all that said, the car has power going to everywhere it's suppose to go, it's getting fuel. I have yet to do a fuel pressure test and a compression test. But I feel that I don't need to do this cause I'm not getting spark to the coil even though the coil is getting power.. I checked all the fuses. Looked over all the ground wires. Ohh and I also replaced the main relay.. I don't know what else to do.. the car is throwing quite CEL cause I think that I might have a memory issue cause the clock in the ads resets and the radio resets as well.. I'm stumped, the memory issue I'm not too worried about. Is there anything that I could have overlooked, not check.. every I've read and most posts on here pertain to vehicles that have spark and no fuel. I'm pulling the ECU bracket out tonight to test that, I really need some advice. Again is there anything I'm leaving out.. any ideas as to what might have caused the issue.

Don't take this the wrong way by that is one long block of text.
Have you checked the "back up" fuse to see if it is blown.
Next I would test the inputs/outputs from the ICM. "techauto" has a good bit of information for the 4th gen Accords.
