1995 Honda accordex vtec 2.2 F22A to f23A
Hey people im new to this site...
Long story short, I have a 95 honda accord with a F22A vtec. Im looking to buy a F23A motor. I just know if its compatible with my tranny and what do i need to do to make all componets fit. Do i need to add and parts from my old f22a to the F23A or what??? please help??

Are you getting a JDM F23A or a USDM F23A1 longblock?
I'm literally doing the swap now.
You will use the PS pump, alternator, and AC compressor from the F22. All brackets mount to the F23A, too. Trans mounts up just fine. The F23A intake manifold is different. It can be used but can be modified to be used. I am using the F22 IM.
You will likely use the same ECU, too. Since my car is a 97, I will be using a 96-97 F22B1 ECU.
I'm literally doing the swap now.
