Ok, here's the tech. If you are running an H series in your 6th gen civic, and wish to run the innovative mounts front crossmember mount (with their other mounts of course), you cannot use a thick dual core radiator such as the Skunk2. You must run the thinner dual core radiator from the Del Sol vtec or Civic Si. Otherwise there won't be room for your front mount and bracket.

Now, I found the perfect radiator on partsgeek.com. And they sell it for $40 dollars less than everywhere else, with free shipping! But, they have a D- with the BBB for "seven unresolved customer issues". However, my neighbor orders quite a bit from them and hasn't had a problem.

This conflicts a bit, so I'd like to hear your experiences.

Are you talking about a torque mount? Do you need more than the three mounts already?

Not sure if it is absolutely necessary atm, but it definitely will be in the future. As it is, the motor has too much vibration for my liking

EDIT: It's not just a torque mount, the H has a factory front mount with its own bracket. It is advised to use the mount for the swap

What bushing durometer do you have currently? This plus an extra mount will only make the car stiffer and vibrate more.

It's the gray bushings, I believe 75A. It seems the motor is vibrating more than the car. But maybe you're right and I'm mistaken and it is just the car vibrating. Either way, I already have the mount, and I'd feel a lot better knowing the motor has the added support. Unless there is a negative side to this mount?

Not sure, but I only plan on running a 3 mount setup in my EF H2B setup. Currently at 60a Hasport mounts. Later I may go to a higher durometer.

Well you'd definitely save a little weight by not running it. I don't like divulging a lot of my future plans for the car but I might as well say it, another reason for wanting the front mount is to custom fabricate some traction bars for it. It appears ESP is out of the game for now, and their bar wouldn't work with my mounts anyway I don't think.

I would think you'd want something like a front mount and traction bars in a featherweight EF tho? If it's meant for drag

I have a innovative mounts traction bar, and PCI lower control arm sphericals. Next will be a coilover setup. Not to worried about the engine moving with the Hasport mounts I have either. Car will be run with full interior as well.

If I had a good-interior EF I'd keep full interior as well lol

Thanks Maxwell that's what I was looking for
