My 97 accord have a wire cut off I would like to know where does that wire connects the fan switch pig tail has been removed I want to fix it

That's the wire the green one <br/>

 

And the fans are directly with the switch

 

You just need to go to the junkyard and chop off another pigtail and use some butt connectors and splice it back on. I like to use heat shrink butt connectors. You just use a lighter to seal em up after you're done.

The thing is you need to find out why they chopped it off. Its likely they did a hack job. That fan switch is likely bad.
