Default Where do these plugs go under dash?

Car is 99 ex coupe. Picked it up not too long ago, just found these plugs dangling.
Where do they go?
Also, there is one brown plug above fuse box, with what looks to be a wire that had been ripped out. What is that brown plug?

You can see the two plugs hanging, and the brown plug with no wire.

Better view of two dangling plugs. Single wire plug is blue w red stripe, two wire plug is blue and black wires.

Now to the right, by stereo/gas pedal, there is this wire hanging. Two wire plug, white and red wires.

Thanks for feedback.

Automatic transmission?

The 1P Brn connector (C406) with the Blu/Red wire is for fog lights.
3P Gry connector (C450) has Blu and Blk wires. It's for the valet switch of the security system, which I see in your picture.

It's not an automatic.
The brown plug, the empty one above the fuses, or the dangling one?

Blue/Red wire with brown 1P connector is OEM fog light harness. Other end is at the washer resevoir.

See my edited post above.

Isn't there only one dangling Brn connector in the top and middle pictures? That's for fog lights.

The Gry connector next to it is for the security system.

For the dangling connector in the lower picture, post pictures showing the front face and rear wire side so we know how many pins it has.

The Brn plug without a wire in the dash fuse box is option slot 1 (C926) and the one to the right (blue insulated plug insert) is option slot 2 (C927).

LEFT SIDE:
Brown plug dangling: got it.
Brown plug w no wire: got it.
Gray plug dangling: valet switch for security system? So what do I do with it? Does it plug into something, or just stay unplugged for when some external switch uses it? I'm not the original owner, so I only have one key and now key fob.

RIGHT SIDE:
Here is a better image of it, and I undid the plastic ziptie that was holding it all scrunched up.

Valet switch:

Post clear pictures of the front and rear sides of the two connectors in your last picture.
