Yes, it was a DD. Spring rates were off the shelf 380/250 for an EM1. It rode fine.

Thanks for your reply. I think thats the setup ima go with. I do 60 plus miles a day what would be the next suspension mod before i start bottoming out and to insure the ride quality stays good long as possible.

Also don't go over 500lbs the shocks will fail! They can not take high spring rates.

Only car shows I care to attend anymore are classic car shows, or upper end shows like Hot August Nights or SEMA. Local honda shows
