Hands down the Toda rep header will be the best fit for your build for the $$

Tuner 2's, Jun III's, BC 3's are all good fits and easy to make power on

I'll go out on a limb and say pro 2's, but it depends how well the PnP/VJ is if they will be efficient...they may be a bit "big" still.

EDIT: By BC 3's I meant buddy club 3's...not Brian crower

Track sometimes daily and goal is 200 hp if possible and for the cams skunk2 is having a sale in Norco ca I might get them if there available also for the headers I was looking at the todas

 

Do some searching on here for header tests. You will get a good feel for what direction to go. Also check out the dyno thread at the top of the forum for ideas of builds

roadrace/circuit il take Pro1 , Buddyclub spec3 for sure...

occasional drag il take the pro2 / m22xx / Jun3 / even the s2s2

if you could get the comp to 11.8-12.3:1 that should be good

assuming the usdm magical typeR is the usdm ITR

You already have Rocket valvetrain. Why not Rocket cams to match?

 

Was looking at them too but skunk2 is having a sale so I'm going to try and pick up the tuner 2 or pro 2

its just an 1840cc motor we cant forget.. he doesnt have the closest geared transmission and or high final drive.. so a healthy mid and good top end would be more important... not... all top end and poopy mid LOL

the stage 2 from ddtech would also prolly fit well.. based on the numbers provided

so any of the above cams will work....

 

DDTECH's stage 1 would fit this motor better. Or a stage 1 w/ a "twist"

The 2's are bigger than pro 2's...which are pretty on point on a healthy 2L motor.

LOL not quite. Just stating stage 1's would fit a 1.8 better than a stage 2..... Would you recommend an M24 over and M22 for this build? No. They would not be sized correctly. Stp starting ****, I'm trying to help.

Read my first post. I didn't mention DDTECH or Rocket in it to avoid BS and people like you putting words in my mouth. I don't buy into the drama. I state facts. i think the bc3+ wouldnt be a bad cam at all on this motor, you dont need 8500 ish + rpm to make your peak power and still have a nice midrange. thats what id say based off of reading other peoples builds over the years

m22 is way bigger than "stage 1"

I thought the same thing about the BC3+ which is why I mentioned them in my first post. Fits what the OP said he's looking for pretty well.

I don't ever feel like getting in a mindless argument with the robots on here so I try to keep DD and RM out of my posts and let them do their thing on their own. Everyone seems to have a nuse and pitchfork ready at all times

Some guys just like causing problems

 

A lot of the cams mentioned are to big on the the exhaust side for this build, which is why DDtech is a better option since they will be customized to his build. If budget is a issue I would go pro2, they work well on mild and big builds.
